Description
You’ll find the lights blazing and the music playing for Christmas at Kings Place this year. There’s Handel’s Messiah, performed by leading period orchestra, the Hanover Band. The OAE’s Rising Stars sing one of Bach’s Christmas Cantatas and more festive choral favourites are presented by Sonoro and Tenebrae. Join Juice Vocal Ensemble for a more contemporary take on ‘Winterval’, explore British Christmas customs and lesser known carols with the Albion Band and Jim Causley, and let Robert Ince entertain you with his combination of science, songs and laughter. Finally, bring along the whole family to the gala performance of The Little Fir Tree.
