800 Capacity for Large Christmas Events
The Steelyard can accommodate up to 800 guests, featuring three bars throughout the venue for efficient service. The expansive space is ideal for hosting all-day events, combining strategy workshops, pop-up exhibition stands, and brand centrepieces.

Flexible Venue Spaces The Steelyard offers multiple venue spaces to cater to your event needs. Utilize the mezzanine in Arch 2 and the balcony in Arch 3 for additional space or to create VIP and sponsored areas. The in-house lighting, audio, AV kit, and stage are perfect for incorporating live music into your event. Combine Arches 1, 2, and 3 for a party capacity of up to 800 guests.

Arch 1: The largest area, featuring a flexible staging solution, extensive lighting, audio, and AV fixtures, powerful WIFI, and a scalable LED video wall display. Accommodates up to 700 standing guests.

Arch 2: The main bar area can be combined with Arch 1 and concealed with a curtain for a grand reveal. The additional mezzanine level features a fully stocked bar, ideal for a VIP sponsored area or a delegate lounge. Accommodates up to 200 standing guests.

Arch 3: With a private entrance, this space can be booked independently or used as a reception area before moving into Arches 1 and 2. Accommodates up to 180 standing guests.

    I went here for the barback games night and it did not disappoint. Yes, it was free entry and free drinks but still they put on a show. Bar staff were friendly and top notch , staff in general seemed happy to be there and helped with rubbish etc. Decent amount of space available despite it being free entry for yesterday only. Toilets and cloakroom available and fairly quick return on items you decide to store. The security and set up was very well done. Located right next to Bank station

    Great Location. We came all the way from Germany to the Stanton Sessions and had a delightful time. Everyone was friendly, the staff as well as the guests. We will definitely come again.

    50 Years of Hip Hip by orchestra... £28.50 for cheap karaoke with a drummer 3x strings and some brass... NOT AN ORCHESTRA... The 'singers' drowned out any chance of hearing the instruments... Hot as hell with no air con... The attempts at working the crowd were poor... "Everybody make some noise!" I paid nearly 30 bucks - mofo you make some noise! Dishonest advertising... They have more dates and I advise you to not waste your time and money... Will be requesting a refund...

    Attended the steel yard for a bongos bingo night which was a lot of fun 🏻🥰 the venue itself seemed pretty cool and enjoyed the notable features to show off its old uses! The room was pretty large length wise but narrow - the staff seemed nice, the only downside were the toilets, the queues were large and I think unisex toilets would help aid that issue during the breaks of shows Otherwise a fabulous evening!!

    I had the pleasure of working with the staff to display a 4k 60fps video at the club for an awards. The staff are essentially a full theatre production unit. I have never been anywhere where others are working flat out to accommodate everyone to achieve the best results like the steelyard does. If your hosting an event or a work event I cannot recommend them enough. It will be the night to remember your imagining while planning your event. Special mention to the member of staff in the red shirt. Thank you so much for your hard work while everything was running behind the scenes it ment so much and complimented the staff at the forefront.
