I have visited this hotel for a business trip for a stay of two nights. It was very clean and everything was well organized. Also breakfast was a good option but a but crowded. By foot you can go directly to Hyde park or Oxford Street and Marble Arch station is nearest for tube and buses. I would recommend and consider booking it again for future stays in London.

Definitely do not recommend this hotel. Not only was our debit card stolen from our room, but the room itself had a horrible smell, had toe nails on the chair cushion when we checked in and there were stains everywhere: on the carpet, on the couch, on the towels. They didn’t care for feedback nor was there any urgency to deal with the theft in our room.

First time in London and would recommend staying here. Everything we wanted to see was within a 30-90 minute walk of us with tons of shopping and food in a 30 minute radius. Nataliya at reception was great and made a great stay even better. Would recommend to anyone!

the location is perfect, the room size is good, however there’s only 2 lifts is working other 2 is out of order till mid of 2024 , waited for 20 min to get in lifts and sometimes less depending on time. i booked i double room but it was twin bed and connect them together which’s not comfortable you can feel it 2 bed instead of one. otherwise nice stay based on values of money.

Don't let the opportunity pass you by – immerse yourself in the unparalleled paradise of card gaming perfection that awaits at the Hoyle on Oxford Street. Unfortunately, the elevator experience here leaves much to be desired due to its inability to cope with the high volume of people. At peak times, the overcrowding creates discomfort and delays, leading to frustration among users. The frequent breakdowns only exacerbate the situation, leaving patrons stranded or forced to endure long waits. Management should urgently address these issues to ensure a smoother and more efficient vertical transportation system for all occupants.
