a week agoWe had a wonderful time in this hotel for my partners birthday. The staff were definitely a highlight, they went above and beyond and were all so lovely. Especially Courtney in the restaurant, Olga at front desk, and there was also a blonde man who worked room service but we didn’t catch his name. The spa was a welcomed treat, the swimming pool smelled divine and we loved the aromatherapy room. It’s a shame the treatments were all booked up, we couldn’t find any information on how to book these online in advance. The swimming pool room definitely needs a few finishing touches, there are quite a few noticeable marks on the ceiling. The room was just fabulous, the view was spectacular and the bed so comfortable! The bathroom was definitely nowhere near as luxury, which let it down slightly. We had a delicious lunch in the restaurant, but the breakfast wasn’t great, especially for the price. Overall, we will definitely be coming back, as we felt so welcomed by the amazing staff, and didn’t want to leave !!! :)

a week agoNice location, very close to the underground. Staff were all very pleasant and welcoming. We only ate breakfast in the hotel but there was a good choice in buffet style. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We were able to leave our luggage on the last day which saved us having to carry it around until our flight. Highly recommend!

3 months agoHad an excellent stay here for 3 nights. The location is perfect! The Tower of London and Tower Bridge is literally on the doorstep of the hotel. Tower Hill tube station takes you into Westminster very easily. The rooms and public areas were very nice. The spa and leisure facilities could do with some upgrading though and the hot tub was off for 2 days of our trip

3 months agoLovely hotel with very friendly staff and nice facilities such as a swimming pool , gym , sauna and steam room. I was given a free upgrade for a nicer room and a free breakfast which was delicious. The room itself was lovely and the bed was super comfortable. Nice range of cooked breakfast and sweet and savoury options and also a vegan section. Pool was lovely and if you a keen swimmer or enjoy swimming I would most definitely recommend this hotel. Only complaint was the lifts where a little bit noisy through out the night.

The room was beautifully decorated, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the quality of the linens to the selection of toiletries. The location was superb, with stunning views and easy access to public transportation. I can't wait to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
