Love this zoo! Always have a lovely time visiting and I really admire their conservation efforts. Saw the baby looks recently which was super cute! Also check out the Zoo Nights if you can! They are so much fun.

Lovely zoo for people of all ages to enjoy. Friendly staff and the animals are well looked after. Spider room super scary and couldn't really see any of the nocturnal animals as it was too dark. Highly recommend tho, if you're in London, it's worth a visit.

A beautiful zoo doing absolute wonders for animals. The animals are so well cared for and the staff IS so attentive and loving. One of my favourites had to be the lemurs, it was Amazing to see animals behaving in such a social manner. The talks given by experts are incredible and very informative. I have a couple largely insignifiant complaints. Firstly the Park is lacking in water points for people to refill bottles. Given the large amounts of hot enclosures there really should be more access to free water. The phone chargers are dispensed by a machine and it appears to be some form of contracter operating a vending machine on behalf of the zoo. I feel it would be less of an inconvenience to have to zoo dispense the chargers themselves at the entrance using humans rather than a vending machine. This would allow people to get cash deposit returns rather than card which take significantly longer. The layout is slightly confusing at times and i feel paths could be better represented on maps and that signs in the Park could give estimated walking Times to key attractions.

The zoo is home to over 650 species and offers unique exhibits like Gorilla Kingdom, Penguin Beach, and Tiger Territory.Variety of animals and the educational opportunities the zoo provides. For those looking to visit, tickets start at around £27, and it's recommended to plan for a visit of more than three hours to fully enjoy the zoo's offerings

We had a wonderful time here with our family. There's an abundance of things to experience. I strongly recommend this place for people of all ages. I wish I had taken more pictures! It's quite pricey, but the trip is worth it, supporting fantastic charities that protect wildlife species in the UK.
